The application and all supplemental materials including OAT scores are due by the application deadline of March 31, 2012. Applicants must apply to the College of Optometry on-line via the OptomCAS application at:

http://www.optomcas.org/

You will need to create an account name and password to begin the application process. Application instructions and evaluator forms can also be found at this website.
