How to Apply
Effective July 15, 2009, all applicants must apply to The Ohio State University College of Optometry via the new OptomCAS centralized application service. The Ohio State Optometry Autumn 2010 application will be available on OptomCAS from July 15, 2009 until March 31, 2010. To access the OptomCAS site, please use the following link:
In addition to submitting their online application, applicants must arrange to have the following materials sent directly to OptomCAS (address is provided in the application materials):
- Official transcripts sent from each post-secondary school they have attended
- Letters of recommendation. One must be from an optometrist, one must be from a professor, and the third letter is from someone of your choice.
Applicants must arrange to have their official OAT scores and physiology course syllabi sent to the following address:
