Adolescent and Child Health Initiative to Encourage Vision Empowerment (ACHIEVE) Study

What is the ACHIEVE STUDY?

The ACHIEVE Study takes places at five clinical centers across the United States. Eight-to-eleven year-old nearsighted children were randomly assigned to wear glasses or contact lenses. The ACHIEVE Study will compare the changes in self-perception between the glasses wearers and the contact lens wearers for three years.
