Who has most positively affected you during your time as an optometry student so far?
My classmates. They are all incredibly smart, supportive, fun, and the best people to go through optometry school with. I couldn’t have made it this far without them.

Giving eye exams has been the best part so far. I love the patient interaction and helping them in any way possible. I’m looking forward to seeing more disease or complex patient interactions to help further my learning and grow more as a clinician.

Optometry school can feel very overwhelming at times, but try your best to make time for the things you enjoy and the people you care about in life.
