Chris Woodruff is a Professor of Clinical Optometry at The Ohio State University College of Optometry. His main teaching focus is Clinical Optics. He teaches the Ophthalmic Optics (OPT 6560) course to second year optometry students and supervises the education component of the Eyewear gallery for third and fourth year students.
Dr. Woodruff is involved in educational technology for the College of Optometry. He was responsible for the implementation of ExamSoft, a computerized testing software and it administration.
His research interests include the use of educational technology in optometric education and the relationship between didactic assessment and national board performance.
