Students Receive Ocular Instruments Awards
Ohio State Optometry students Sandy Veres, Morgan Garczyk, Jake Boroff and David Beckett received the Ocular Instruments Award of Excellence. At Ohio State, this award is given to new third-year interns who demonstrated outstanding skills throughout their training in the Primary Care and Ocular Disease Techniques laboratories during the second year of training. Selection was based on nominations from second-year clinical faculty involved in the ophthalmic procedures laboratories. Award winners received a certificate, lapel pin, and diagnostic lens of their choice provided by Ocular Instruments.
