What if Disney Ran Your Practice?
Owning an optometric business is a completely separate career from being an optometrist. Most optometrists have little to no formal business training. In this day and age, when superior customer service is needed to differentiate your practice and drive growth for your business, it is more important than ever to revisit the business operations of your practice. What better company to look to for inspiration than Disney. This lecture will draw from personal experiences I have had as an optometric business owner and newfound Disney fanatic to help optometrists better understand business concepts that can elevate their practices.
